Salary & Package
* Entry-Level (No Recruitment Experience): £27,000, rising to £28,000 after 1 year + commission

* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
* Proactively win new clients and nurture existing relationships
* Source, interview, and match candidates to roles while maintaining compliance standards
* Work towards achievable sales targets with full support
