What You'll Do: As the HR Systems and Data Manager, you will lead the way in optimising the university's HR systems, ensuring they meet operational, strategic, and statutory requirements. Your role will include: System Management: Oversee system upgrades and performance testing while ensuring audit compliance and access management. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. User Engagement: Develop a user group to gather feedback and ensure HR functionalities in iTrent and Stonefish meet stakeholder needs. Collaboration: Work closely with the IT Change Advisory Board to schedule updates with minimal disruption. Reporting: Provide expert guidance on data management and reporting, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all HR systems.
