My client, an NHS organisation in the South East of England, is currently recruiting for a Business/Project HR Manager. The role is offered on a fixed term and full time basis until 31st March 2026. The successful candidate will have knowledge or qualifications within project management, a demonstrable background in HR operations and change, with experience in the NHS ideally.
Essential Key Skills and Experience
* HR experience, CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in the NHS, healthcare or public sector space
* Project management qualification or experience and knowledge of Prince 2 or MSP methodologies
* Operational experience with the ability to manage diaries, meetings, operational requests, project plans and take minutes
* Excellent Microsoft skills particularly Excel, MS Teams and MS project
* The ability to work on your own initiative and with a reactive pace
* Knowledge of Oracle/similar NHS systems would be an advantage
