Your Responsibilities: Graduate English Teaching Assistant
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and suit different learning styles
* Deliver FUN and interesting lessons that capture students’ attention and enthusiasm
* Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and enhance teaching strategies
* Focus on improving student attainment and the overall quality of learning
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress and concerns
What We’re Looking For: Graduate English Teaching Assistant
* Strong knowledge of English literature, grammar, and composition
* A graduate with a 2:1 or above in English from a top 30 university
* Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds and with varying learning needs
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and assessment
