We are currently recruiting dynamic, caring, and experienced Children's Support Workers to join a dedicated team at a unique 3-bedroom children's home in Bournemouth. The home supports children with learning disabilities and is committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment both inside and beyond the home. What We Offer:

Shift Pattern:
* 3-week rolling rota including sleep-ins
* Typical shift: 7:00am to 7:30am (with sleep-in)
* One weekend in every three Example rota:
* Week 1: 2 days (e.g., Wednesday & Friday)
* Week 2: 2 days (e.g., Tuesday & Thursday)
* Week 3: 3 days (e.g., Monday, Saturday & Sunday)
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a corporate parent, providing care and emotional support
* Assist with cooking, cleaning, homework, and recreational activities
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of children
* Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting
* Support children with appointments and health checks
* Apply therapeutic approaches including the PACE model to support children who have experienced trauma
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience working with children in a support setting
* Full UK driving licence
* NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) preferred
* Right to work in the United Kingdom
