Senior Backend Developer - Elixir/Ruby/Go

You'll balance technical excellence with execution - working closely with Product, QA, and DevOps to keep things moving fast without compromising on quality or scalability.

In the role, you'll be:
1. Designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable Back End systems using Elixir and Ruby, with some Go in the mix
2. Taking the technical lead on key projects, supporting delivery while influencing the wider architecture
3. Guiding and mentoring junior engineers while setting the tone for engineering standards and delivery mindset
