Role Description
This is a part-time commission based hybrid role for a Commercial Manager based in Bo'ness. The Commercial Manager will oversee and manage business operations while developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth. Key tasks include contract negotiation, business planning, maintaining relationships with partners, and managing budgets. The role also involves leading a team to ensure successful delivery of commercial objectives and identifying opportunities for new partnerships and sponsorships that benefit the club.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Commercial Management and Business Planning
* Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and provide actionable insights
* Experience in Contract Management, including negotiation and execution
* Team Management skills, including leadership and development of team members
* Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills
* Understanding of the sports industry and prior experience in a similar role is a plus
