Seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Cary Center Student Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to our organization’s mission of helping people find their purpose through learning, giving, and growing. Our programs focus on financial wellness, philanthropic engagement, and nonprofit leadership and education, empowering all generations to leave an enduring legacy.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks supporting all divisions of the Cary Center, which include the Women’s Philanthropy Board, Community and Collegiate Programs, and Youth Programs.
Responsibilities
* Research of corporate, foundation, federal and state funding opportunities for Cary Center programs.
* Organize and maintain Youth Program materials, activities, and organize iCare Kids activity kits.
* Collaborate with the Cary Center team to plan and execute programs and events, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution.
* Attend Cary Center programs and events as needed, actively assisting in various tasks to ensure their success, such as registration, logistics, and participant engagement.
* Design and implement engaging social media campaigns to promote Cary Center programs and events, leveraging various platforms and strategies.
* Create visually appealing printed materials for promotional purposes and collaborate with external vendors to produce high-quality materials.
* Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled as an Auburn University undergraduate student.
Preferred Qualifications
* Some professional work experience preferred
* Technical skills in Word, Excel, Canva etc.
* Good organizational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience working with social media platforms
* Experience in graphic design
Pay Rate
Pay Rate $10.00/hour
