Manchester- Hybrid (~2 days a week on-site) - Up to £55,000 DOE My client, an innovative online retail company, based out of Manchester are on the lookout for a Business analyst to join their team, Helping map data flows, identify data requirements and validate accuracy Key Responsibilities Being the middleman between the information systems and various business units across the group. Conduct interviews, surveys and workshops Document business, functional and non-functional requirements identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Engage with stakeholders, at various levels inside of the business, to achieve project goals Define clear and achievable project requirements through analysis of operational business processes Analyse exisitng business processes, as well as recommend improvements Occasional work outside of office hours/core responsibilities may be required, as and when requested by management. Required Skills Experience and knowledge of microsoft systems (M365 and project) Understanding of API's CRM systems experience Project management qualifications (APM, PMP, Prince2 etc.) Experience in the finance industry Experience with business analysis tasks, i.e. workshop management, process mapping and modelling as well as interviewing techniques.
