We’re searching for a confident Restaurant Manager.

Key elements of your role as Restaurant Manager:
* To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times to the highest standards, leading by example.
* To build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business.
* To develop a learning culture and to ensure that all team members feel valued and rewarded.
* To manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards, giving regular feedback and appraisals
* To ensure all guest requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
* Analyse Mystery Diner reports and communicate them back to your team, finding ways to improve and learn.
About you:
* You have 2 years + experience in this position
* You have the experience and skills to oversee and support a team of managers, as well as the entire front of house operation.
* You love to wow guests with exceptional service, and you can cope well under pressure during a busy service.
* You have excellent English language skills
