Peloton Partners is a Leith-based business and is currently recruiting for a Trainee Team Leader to join our on-site team in Edinburgh.

The Role
You will follow a structured development pathway with hands-on responsibility from day one.
Trainee Team Leader (0–6 Months)
* Support and lead a team of 5–7 people
* Develop coaching, motivation, and people management skills
* Deliver face-to-face campaigns and manage daily operations
* Track performance metrics, targets, and KPIs
* Build confidence in communication and decision-making
Junior Management (4–8 Months)
* Manage and develop teams of 10–15 people
* Forecast performance and prepare reports
* Gain exposure to budgets and operational planning
* Communicate with clients and oversee campaign delivery
* Take increased ownership of results
Senior Leadership (8–12+ Months)
* Lead divisions of 20+ people
* Manage client contracts and delivery standards
* Drive performance and operational strategy
* Support wider business objectives
* Take responsibility for a defined area of the business
Candidate Profile
This role is suited to individuals who:
