Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every customer leaves satisfied
* Prepare and serve high-quality drinks and food to standard
* Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
Team Leadership
* Support, coach, and motivate team members during shifts
* Lead shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
* Train new team members and support ongoing development
Operations
* Open and close the store when required
* Manage stock levels, orders, and deliveries
* Ensure health & safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met
* Follow company procedures, including cash handling and security
Performance & Standards
* Maintain brand standards and presentation at all times
* Help achieve sales targets and control costs
* Monitor team performance and provide feedback
