The Successful Applicant
A successful Buyer should have:
* Experience in procurement or supply chain management within the energy & natural resources industry.
* To have prior experience with working with public sector frameworks and regulations is a must.
* To have previously fully run the tender process from start to finish.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Knowledge of procurement systems and tools.
* Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
* Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
* A collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
