Service care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in Lancashire, which is in need of a Corporate and Commercial Legal Assistant. You will be a key member of the firm’s corporate and commercial team supporting the two partners in providing a first-class service to their clients. The firm is open to Individuals with at least 5 year’s experience as a Legal Assistant. They can pay a salary of £30,000 annum depending upon experience. Key Responsibilities as a Legal Assistant: Supporting the partners in the corporate team. File opening and preparing letters of engagement and undertaking AML checks using credit safe. Filing documents at companies House. Telephone call handling for the team ensuring that messages are captured accurately and passed on in a timely manner. About you as a Legal Assistant: Able to handle tight deadlines.
