SEND Teaching Assistant Location: Rochdale and Oldham, Greater Manchester Pay: £95.00 to £110 per day, experiance dependant Start: ASAP School Age: Primary Schools Job Description: Axcis Education is looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs in mainstream and specialist settings. Responsibilities include: • Supporting students with Autism, ADHD, Down’s Syndrome, and other learning difficulties. • Implementing individual education plans (IEPs) under teacher guidance. • Assisting with classroom management and differentiated learning. • Providing personal care where required. Requirements: • Experience working with SEND pupils. • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. • Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) desirable.
