Community Admin Assistant, Netherley and West Derby.
Salary: £22,452 per annum, based on a 35 hour working week. Contract Type: Permanent. Hours: 35 hours per week. Job Reference Number: CAA - NW. Job Location: England. Job Area: Liverpool. Closing Date:07th October 2025.
This is an opportunity for a proactive and conscientious individual with strong organisational skills to join our team and provide high quality administrative support. You will be based between two services: our new Community Resource Centre in Netherley and our established Respite service in West Derby. Working hours will be split between both services.
Note: This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS). The cost will be met by Autism Initiatives. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Responsibilities
* Be the main point of contact for our local services.
* Assist with all administration duties including note-taking at meetings and booking training for staff.
* Work with the local Business Support Manager and support the maintenance of the training matrix and development plans for our services.
* Support service compliance to ensure excellence and collaborate with departments based at Head Office, including Finance.
* Produce and analyse reports, contribute to local compliance, and provide creative strategies and solutions to continually improve management information.
Requirements
* Can-do attitude, positive mindset, and the ability to work on own initiative to prioritise workload with conflicting deadlines.
* Team player with excellent planning skills and the ability to work flexibly.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
