Responsibilities: Support the Test Manager in developing and maintaining detailed ERP Test Plans and Schedules. Assist in defining scope across Infor modules, integrations and business processes. Contribute to phase entry and exit criteria for System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E) testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide structured status reporting, highlighting progress, risks and defect trends. Conduct static reviews of requirements and solution designs to ensure clarity and testability. Validate coverage of business requirements across configured Infor modules. Collaborate with project teams to define clear, testable acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional requirements. Support the creation and quality assurance of detailed test scenarios and scripts. Ensure end-to-end business process coverage across workstreams. Coordinate integration testing between Infor and third-party systems. Support validation of data migration and reporting outputs. Oversee defect management activities, ensuring timely triage and resolution tracking. Work closely with SMEs to prepare for and execute test cycles. Provide guidance and structure to business users during test execution. Facilitate defect review discussions and support impact analysis.
