Role Overview
We seek a Consultant Gynaecologist with expertise in fertility investigations—specifically HyCoSy, Saline Infusion Sonography (SIS) and outpatient hysteroscopy—to join us for one weekly clinic session. You will lead diagnostic procedures, interpret findings in real time and counsel patients on optimal management pathways.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform and report
* Hysterosalpingo-Contrast Sonography (HyCoSy)
* Saline Infusion Sonography (SIS)
* Outpatient hysteroscopy
* Clinical decision-making
* Advise on further interventions (e.g., IVF referral, operative hysteroscopy)
* Coordinate with embryologists, sonographers and genetic counsellors
* Documentation & governance
* Maintain contemporaneous clinical records
* Uphold clinic audit and quality-assurance standards
* Patient education
* Explain procedural risks, benefits and results
* Contribute to patient information leaflets and digital resources
Person Specification
* Qualifications
* MB BS (or equivalent) with full GMC registration and licence to practise
* CCT in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (or equivalent)
* Experience
* Subspecialty training or ≥2 years’ demonstrable experience in fertility diagnostics
* Proven competence in HyCoSy, SIS and outpatient hysteroscopy
* Skills & Attributes
* Excellent communication and empathetic patient counselling
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Collaborative mindset within a small multidisciplinary team
