About the Role
As a Health Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering L1-L3 courses and supporting the wellbeing and personal development of learners. You will design and deliver engaging lessons that cover a wide range of health-related topics, such as nutrition, mental health, personal safety, relationships, and healthy lifestyle choices.
The role involves not only teaching knowledge but also inspiring positive habits, resilience, and self-awareness in students. You'll work closely with colleagues across the school/college to ensure health education is integrated into the wider curriculum and supports the safeguarding and wellbeing agenda.

What You Will Do
* Develop and deliver high-quality lessons in health education (e.g. nutrition, physical wellbeing, Anatomy and Physiology, substance awareness, lifestyle choices).
* Use a range of teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
* Integrate safeguarding, personal development, and inclusivity into curriculum delivery.
* Encourage positive behaviour and attitudes towards health and wellbeing.
* Monitor, assess, and record student progress
* Provide feedback that supports student development and achievement.
* Prepare students for internal and/or external assessments as required.
About You
* Teaching qualification
* Degree or relevant qualification in Health Education, Public Health, Nursing, Biology, Physical Education, or related field.
* Experience teaching or training in health-related subjects.
* Strong understanding of adolescent development, safeguarding, and wellbeing
