As a Content Lifecycle Analyst, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi‑channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Content Orchestration team reporting to the Manager of Content Lifecycle, you will work on projects including content intake and workflows, copywriting, and Marketing & Loyalty Digital Asset Support.
Responsibilities
* Orchestrate hotel content across the full lifecycle ensuring speed, quality, and brand integrity as Hilton's digital presence scales.
* Deliver clear, engaging, customer‑focused copy that translates Hilton’s brand promise into compelling storytelling across digital channels.
* Create and maintain relevant documentation supporting processes and capabilities for website and all applicable distribution channels.
* Support cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end, including planning, organization, training, documentation, and content publication.
* Leverage AI tools and platforms to optimize digital content for new and existing brands, ensuring alignment with brand standards, business goals, and customer requirements.
How You Will Collaborate With Others
* Collaborate with Content Orchestration Innovation and Platforms teams on the creation, QA and maintenance of internal and external facing documentation.
* Interact with Content Orchestration and M&L teams during content migrations, system and platform redesigns and change management.
Deliverables You Will Take Ownership Of
* Support Lifecycle managers in content and asset related projects, including project planning, training, documentation and execution.
* Timely execution of content updates whilst confidently handling support tickets and escalations.
Qualifications
* Previous work experience in Content Lifecycle Management.
* Experience of copywriting and web content publishing.
* Proofreading and editing skills.
* Knowledge of keyword research & search engine tools.
* Understanding of MS applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of initiative, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
It Would Be Useful If You Have
* Experience working with a leading web or enterprise CMS.
* Experience writing for the travel industry.
* Experience in reviewing, grading and editing digital assets.
* Experience with metadata and taxonomy standards to enhance search capabilities.
* Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Writer) to draft, refine, and optimize content.
