Winner Recruitment is currently looking for a Branch-based 360 Consultant to join our fantastic team, based at our newly refurbished office in Barnsley town centre. We are experiencing sustained growth and seek someone with experience in managing a successful desk.
Responsibilities of the Consultant include:
* Delivering excellent service to candidates and clients
* Building strong relationships with clients to match the best candidates to roles
* Generating new business and developing your desk from a cold start
* Attracting, sourcing, and recruiting candidates
* Registering candidates
* Completing compliance checks
* Attending client visits
* Negotiating charge rates
* Focusing on both temporary and permanent placements with long-term partnerships in mind
The ideal Commercial Consultant will have:
* Experience in the Commercial recruitment sector
* Experience managing a full 360 desk
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* The drive to earn uncapped commissions
* A genuine passion for recruitment
* An understanding of providing quality service to both clients and candidates
We offer a competitive base salary plus up to 20% uncapped commission from day one!
The working hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm.
