We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join the team at a small Primary School in Burnley. This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week and pay is dependable on experience. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in a busy school office and be confident managing attendance records, using school MIS systems (such as SIMS), and handling day-to-day enquiries from parents and visitors. You'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a calm, professional approach to ensure the smooth running of our school office.
In this role, you will oversee daily administrative operations, maintain accurate pupil data, and provide essential support to the leadership team. You'll be a key point of contact for parents and external agencies, so a friendly and approachable manner is essential.
