* £52,800 per annum plus £6,695 car allowance

As National Clinical Governance Lead, youll play a key role in ensuring clinical governance meets legislation, NMC standards and regulatory requirements.

What Youll Bring
* RGN qualification with active NMC registration
* Strong clinical leadership and governance experience within health or social care
* Knowledge of clinical governance, CQC/CIW standards, safeguarding, and quality assurance
* Experience developing nursing teams and Clinical Nurse Managers
* Understanding of audits, risk management, IPC, and clinical supervision
* A coach who translates clinical regulations into practical guidance for frontline teams

Youll collaborate with Clinical Nurse Managers and operational teams to strengthen clinical practice, support governance reviews, lead audits and ensure continuous improvement. This visible leadership role will allow you to make a meaningful impact on residents, colleagues and services nationwide.
