AJ Chambers are proud to be partnered with a high performing Corporate & Commercial law specialist based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. The firm are looking for an ambitious Lawyer NQ - 2 Years PQE to join their Commercial and Technology team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Lawyer to work closely with an experienced team across a broad range of matters including:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including SaaS, supply, and distribution agreements.
* Providing advice on data protection, intellectual property licensing, and technology-related matters.
* Assisting clients ranging from startups to multinational organisations in managing digital transformation and commercial risk.
* Supporting the corporate team by advising on the commercial elements of business sales and acquisitions.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Will have completed at least 1 seat in commercial law during their training contract
* Have experience in commercial, technology or IP work
* Will be willing to participate in business development (BD) activities
* Is a confident communicator
