About Us
THOMAS Freight is the newest and fastest-growing division within the THOMAS Recruitment Group, specialising in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics sector across the US market. Based in our Bradley Stoke office, you’ll be joining a small, close-knit team of four as we enter an exciting period of growth.

The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a vital role in connecting top talent with opportunities in the fast-paced world of US Freight Forwarding and Logistics. Working directly with our company Directors, who handle client relationships and job sourcing, you’ll focus on building relationships with candidates at all levels.
This is a people-focused role — perfect for someone who enjoys talking to new people, thrives in a supportive team environment, and has a strong desire to learn and grow in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
* Source, screen, and engage candidates across the US logistics and freight forwarding industry
* Manage candidate pipelines for active and upcoming vacancies
* Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates at various experience levels
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the CRM system
* Liaise closely with the Directors to understand client needs and role requirements
* Contribute to team targets and support the overall growth of the division
* Represent THOMAS Freight professionally and positively in all communications

* Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple priorities
* No prior logistics or recruitment experience required — full training provided

* Must love dogs (our office mascots will demand cuddles!)
