Salary: £60,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time, 5 Days per week (35 hours). Out of hours and on-call work expected; attendance at Opening Nights and Special Events as required.
Location: London Coliseum & occasional homeworking
We are recruiting a Head of Facilities Management to oversee facilities at the London Coliseum and other ENO sites. This role manages our in-house Facilities Manager and oversees outsourced contracts for Maintenance, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services, and Housekeeping. It also involves project management for ongoing major capital works.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years management experience in Facilities Management, preferably within a public venue, arts venue, theatre, or similar.
* Experience managing facilities teams in heritage-listed buildings and understanding related legislation.
* Proven track record managing outsourced FM contracts in hard and soft services.
* Professional qualifications in Facilities Management (Degree or Diploma Level, Level 5 or above), with ongoing professional development.
* Membership of a professional body such as IWFM (MIWFM or CIWFM).
* Health and Safety qualification such as NEBOSH Certificate or above.
* Environmental and waste management qualifications.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS365, and planning/scheduling software.
