Business: Retail Liabilities Work Experience-: rs Function/ Department: Regional Operations & Service Management Place of work: All Locations Job Purpose The Role will help the organization and Unit in maintaining a robust Operational & Service Compliance culture at all the Urban branches by ensuring regular branch visit to identify Gap, areas of Imrpvovement and work closely with the branch to close the same. Roles & Responsibilities 'Branch Audit for Operations & Service Complaince. Work closely with branches to ensure that all gaps identified during the ROSM visit are closed by the branch. Monitor branch on critical service and operational parameter through remote monitoring of critical transactions. Ensure all the branches are visited for assessment as per the plan. Work closely with the branches to ensure that they secure good score in Internal Audit Rating. Conduct Training programs for branches to improve operational complaince and effeciency at branches. Drive and work with the branches in the regional to secure good score on Branch Operational & Service Index. Render support and guide Region & Branch SPOC for New branch preparation & Launch. Secondary Responsibilities 'Take up Regional Level Project to Drive improvement in various operationl & Service areas. TAT, FTR Complaints resolution, Timely and correct reporting on critical operations parameters. Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities 'Stake Holder Management & Timely completion of the Tasks. Key Success Metrics 'No of Branch Visit Done, Internal Audit Rating Score for the branches mapped to the region. Performance on Branch Operations & Service Index.
