Now, we’re searching for a Commercial Director who can match that ambition, ready to lead the UK market, push the boundaries of retail media, and drive the next wave of growth for a platform unlike anything else in Europe.

Key objectives

As Commercial Director, you will lead the UK commercial strategy and be accountable for revenue performance, driving the development and delivery of high‑value, long‑term brand partnerships across the portfolio. You will oversee and develop a high‑performing sales team, ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business and strategic opportunities. Leveraging market insight and commercial expertise, you will unlock new revenue streams and evolve the partnerships offering to maximise value and deliver impactful, best‑in‑class brand experiences.

What you will be doing…

* Drive the performance of the UK business to achieve and exceed budget targets
* Develop and implement a long‑term commercial and partnership strategy
* Structure and secure complex, multi‑asset partnerships to maximise value
* Leverage existing assets and relationships to build sustainable income streams
* Identify emerging trends and translate these into innovative brand opportunities
* Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to deliver against ambitious targets
* Own the sales strategy, pipeline, and performance alongside senior leadership
* Drive a culture of high performance, accountability, and strategic selling
* Work cross‑functionally to unlock opportunities and enhance the customer experience

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

* Build and maintain senior relationships with brands, agencies, and partners
* Operate confidently at the Director and C‑suite level
* Collaborate with regional and European leadership to share best practices and drive growth
* Increase pitch activity and conversion across the team

Operational & Commercial Excellence

* Lead forecasting, reporting, and long‑term business planning
* Ensure strong commercial governance, including contracts, compliance, and financial processes
* Maintain high standards across CRM, sales collateral, and reporting
* Oversee account management processes, ensuring revenue collection and zero‑debt policy adherence

We're looking for an experienced commercial leader with strong market credibility and a passion for innovation:

* Proven success in partnerships, media, experiential, or events sales at a senior level
* Experience working with or within brands, agencies, or media owners
* Strong track record of leading teams and delivering sustained revenue growth
* Well‑established network across brands and agencies, with the ability to open doors at senior level
* Deep understanding of consumer trends and brand experience strategy
* Highly commercial, with strong financial and strategic acumen
* Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
