Key Account Manager

Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm / Friday 7:30am – 1:00pm
Location: Birmingham (Office-Based)

Our client are an extremely successful business, who are well established and selling into the luxury market. Our client is keen to uphold their reputation; seeking a Key Account Manager who can deliver service excellence that matches the superior standard of their products.

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring that every customer receives an exceptional experience. You’ll act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient processes, and a customer-centric approach at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

* Build a deep understanding of clients' needs and deliver tailored, premium service

* Develop new client relationships while strengthening existing partnerships

* Proactively research, identify, and engage potential new clients

* Champion a customer-first mindset across all interactions

* Address issues effectively, escalating where required

* Deliver consistently outstanding service and follow-through

* Improve existing processes to enhance overall efficiency

* Communicate confidently with clients, gathering essential information to inform solutions

* Monitor account performance and produce regular reports for both clients and stakeholders

* Oversee smooth onboarding for new clients and new projects

* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities

* Confident conversational skills and the ability to ask insightful questions

* Personable, engaging, and strong interpersonal abilities

* Excellent organisation and time-management

* Competent with ERP systems

* Customer-centric approach to every task
