About the Role
Hays are partnering with a local council to recruit two Administration Support Officers to join their Debt Recovery Team. These roles are critical in ensuring the team has the administrative support needed as they prepare to go live with a new system.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provideprehensive administrative support to the Debt Recovery Team.
2. Assist with data entry, document management, and system updates.
3. Support the team during the implementation of a new system.
4. Handle queries and maintain accurate records.
5. Ensure deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
6. Previous experience in administration or office support roles.
7. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Goodmunication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
10. Experience in localernment or debt recovery (desirable).
