This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position starting in January 2026 (or sooner). The post will be compensated with a senior Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR 1b) or potentially an L-Scale point, reflecting the significant responsibility for the curriculum, budget, performance, and day-to-day management of the Economics provision. You will manage resources and ensure consistency and excellence in teaching quality across the department. Salary and Benefits Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Outer London Teachers (currently £37,870 - £56,154 for 2025/2026). Senior TLR Payment: A TLR 1b is typical for this role, ranging from £12,943 to £17,216 (for 2025/2026). Alternatively, the role may be placed on the Leadership Pay Spine (L-Scale) depending on the school's structure.
