Teaching Assistant – 2 Days per Week | CF3 Area
We’re looking for a proactive Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in the CF3 area. This is a 2-day-per-week role, with the potential for more regular or full-time work for the right person.
The school has a great reputation and is well-connected by public transport, making it easily accessible. Staff describe it as a supportive environment where no two days are the same!
About the Role:
* Supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
* Assisting the class teacher with group work, classroom activities, and daily routines
* Providing 1:1 support where needed and helping manage behaviour positively
* Encouraging pupils to engage in learning and promoting a positive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Someone confident, adaptable, and able to think on their feet
* A team player who’s happy to get stuck in and support wherever needed
* Experience with challenging behaviour is a plus, but a positive attitude and resilience are most important
* No formal qualifications required — just reliability, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
