My client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced food manufacturing operation, ensuring production, quality, and service standards are consistently achieved for major retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day operations to deliver production, quality, and efficiency targets.
* Drive operational KPIs, yield, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Manage and develop production teams, creating a culture of accountability and engagement.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and health & safety standards.
* Monitor operational performance and implement improvement plans where required.
* Manage labour costs and operational budgets while maintaining service levels.
* Support a customer-focused culture and ensure products meet required specifications.
Requirements:
* * Previous management experience within a fast-paced food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
* Strong understanding of food safety, quality systems, and operational compliance.
* Experience leading large teams and driving performance improvements.
* Good commercial awareness with experience managing costs and operational performance.
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles is desirable.
