We are looking for a Wellbeing Worker to respond to the physical and emotional needs of people through the provision of kai / food and material resources and referral to appropriate internal and external services in our Community Ministries programme at The Salvation Army.
Key tasks will be to:
4. Identify and acknowledge hardship and structural barriers to accessing basic living requirements
5. Work with people to lift mana and create the change they are seeking in their lives
6. Contribute to and maintain environments that are welcoming and responsive to local community needs
7. Work closely with local and regional teams delivering similar services
