A manufacturing and supply company are looking for an Administrator to join their busy Orders and Purchasing team on a permanent basis.
Your Background:
* Previous experience in an administrative role within a manufacturing, supply chain, or order processing environment.
* Strong communication skills, with experience handling phone calls, email correspondence, and liaising with customers.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Sage 200
* Experience working with web orders, heavy data entry, and maintaining accurate sales records.
* Ability to build positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative tasks, including heavy data entry, managing emails, and handling incoming phone inquiries.
* Input sales orders onto the system accurately and efficiently.
* Process and monitor web orders, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems to support smooth office operations.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues and management to support purchasing and order processing activities.
* Act as a first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, delivering professional and timely responses.
