What We’re Looking For Chefs of all levels (Commis, CDP, Sous, Senior Sous, Head Chef) A passion for quality ingredients and local Scottish produce Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, seasonal environment Please note: We currently cannot offer live‑in accommodation, so applicants will need to commute or arrange local housing.
