What You’ll Do
* Handle all enquiries and book appointments via telephone, email or social media
* Provide detailed information to patient enquiries whilst delivering excellent customer service
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal hospital teams, consultants, medical secretaries and external stakeholders to ensure appointments are converted
* Maintain contact with potential patients to ensure they are satisfied with the progress of their enquiry
What You’ll Bring
* Marketing and/or Sales experience
* Ability to manage a portfolio of private patients from initial call to discharge
* Sound computer skills using the MS Office Suite and web-based reporting
* Confident in engaging with a variety of people, particularly in a high-end setting
* Excellent communication skills both face to face, over the phone and in writing
* Articulate with the highest standard of personal presentation
