Hays are delighted to be working in partnership with Siemens to recruit a Customer Relationship Manager on a permanent basis to cover the Scotland Region. The preferred candidate will have previously covered the central belt area, Dundee and Aberdeen.
Your new role
Our client is looking for a skilled Customer Relationship Manager who has both the ability to find solutions and make the world a smarter place for tomorrow.
You will have an excellent sales record, the ability to work across key accounts and build long-term relationships. It is critical that you identify, engage and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
This role is pivotal in the development of the Siemens business and epasses customer and stakeholder relationship management.
You will be driving the Siemens portfolio, Service contracts, Maintenance, Small Works & Project opportunities. This is a key role driving Siemens Fire, BMS, Security and Digital portfolios.
That you'll need to succeed
1. You will have demonstrated experience managing key accounts and developing new target customers, identifying prospects and translating this into long-term clients.
2. Drive all service business from existing customers
3. Responsibility for end-to-end management of service contracts
4. Ensure service delivery, maintenance scheduling and technical support
5. Partner with Finance, Service, and Service Centre teams to drive contract profitability
6. Optimise revenue streams and improve engineer utilisation
7. Interact with customers to Up & cross-sell, work with service and small works teams to create additional revenue.
