About Meliá White House Hotel NW1 3UP



Meliá White House is a modern and elegantly
newly refurbished hotel exceptionally located next to Regent’s Park, within a
short walk from the world-renowned shopping streets of Oxford Circus &
Regents Street. Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regent’s Park
underground stations are all within a 5-minute walk.

We're looking for a strategic and guest-focused Restaurant Manager ready to take ownership of operations, drive revenue, and inspire a high-performing team.

Restaurant Manager







Responsible
for leading restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service, team management,
and revenue optimization while maintaining brand standards and guest
satisfaction.







Responsibilities will include, but are not
limited to:








* Oversee daily
restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.

* Implement pricing and
up-selling strategies to drive revenue and meet budget targets.

* Monitor and adjust
operational strategies based on performance and guest feedback.

* Manage beverage costs
and departmental expenditures.

* Handle guest
complaints, incidents, and service recovery.








What We’re
Looking For:

This role requires a proactive, strategic, and guest-focused
leader to drive the restaurant’s success.







Requirements:




* 1-2 years’ experience
in a similar role.

* Proficiency in English;
Spanish language is a plus.

* Strong knowledge of
F&B operations, budgeting, and POS systems.

* Leadership, teamwork,
and problem-solving skills.
