Pro Staff Construction are working with a construction developer who is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple new build projects across South Wales.
This is a senior operational role, offering autonomy, responsibility, and long-term career progression within a growing business, with a strong pipeline of work.
Role Overview:

Manage multiple projects from pre-construction to handover
*
Oversee programmes, budgets, and site teams
*
Ensure full compliance with HSE & CDM regulations
*
Act as key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
*
Support pre-construction planning and project delivery
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager
*
Background in residential projects
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills
*
NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management (or similar)
*
Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
