Overview
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Salford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children and young people who have a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties, and SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs).

Responsibilities
* Support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups within the classroom.
* Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies.
* Assist with the development and delivery of EHCPs and behaviour support plans.
* Promote a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Help pupils build confidence, develop life skills, and make progress both academically and emotionally.
* Provide feedback on pupil progress to staff and parents/carers as required.
Requirements
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable but not essential).
* A calm, patient and nurturing approach to working with children.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
* Right to work in the UK.
