The Role We are looking for a friendly, proactive and customer-focused Workplace Experience Ambassador to join our team at Unilevers new flagship campus in Kingston on a 6-month fixed-term contract .
This is a highly visible, people-facing role at the heart of the workplace. You will be a key point of contact for employees and visitors, providing day-to-day support, guidance and assistance to ensure everyone has a positive, seamless experience while onsite.
Working closely with the Senior Concierge and wider workplace teams, you will help create a welcoming, well-organised and supportive environment across the building.
Key Responsibilities Act as a first point of contact for employees and visitors, delivering a warm, professional and helpful welcome.
Support employees with a wide range of workplace enquiries, requests and day-to-day needs.
Assist visitors with check-in, wayfinding and general site information.
Provide guidance on building amenities, services, events and workplace processes.
Support the delivery of workplace events, meetings and employee engagement activities.
Liaise with facilities teams, security and service partners to resolve queries efficiently.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the workplace experience.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-up actions.
Uphold Circles high standards of customer service, professionalism and presentation at all times.
Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, front-of-house, concierge, reception or workplace services).
Friendly, confident and approachable communication style.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Well organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a busy, professional workplace environment.
A genuine interest in delivering excellent service and supporting others.
