* Have a good understanding of finance, especially in relation to built environment functions such as Planning and Building Control.
* Be able to deliver key projects both as part of a team and independently.
* Carry out essential financial administration tasks, including raising invoices, reconciling receipts, chasing debtors, raising purchase orders, and setting up suppliers.
* Support programme management of Planning Performance Agreements, including resource and spend analysis.

* Flexible, positive attitude open to change and trying new approaches.
* Quick learner, viewing mistakes as growth opportunities.
* Effective communicator, keeping team members and managers informed.
