The successful candidate will be an integral part of a dynamic and dedicated group supporting our business. Role and Responsibilities
* Produce monthly and annual management accounts and manufacturer composites.
* Collaborate with dealerships on commercial decision-making and manage on-site accounts staff.
* Manage working capital proactively.
* Generate weekly and monthly reports, including forecasts.
* Develop and maintain financial controls.
* Review processes with management to promote best practices and profitability.
* Develop annual financial plans.
* Support continuous improvement and staff development initiatives.
About you
* Ideally an experienced CIMA qualified accountant (or equivalent).
* Retail experience is desirable but not essential.
* A self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
* Attention to detail.
* Proficient in IT, with strong Excel skills.
