Role Overview
Are you someone who wants to direct and build campaigns with the power of your words? We’re expanding our team looking for a copy-based creative whose concepts are bigger than a page. We need someone to bring energy, innovation and storytelling to our content creation.

This is for a conceptual thinker that wants to be at the forefront of AI creative output. Someone who takes ideas and turns them into clear prompts that achieve next level visual creations. This will be generative AI, powered by you! It isn't about replacing creativity; it's about giving the best ideas a direct, unfiltered path to the screen. This is your chance to join an award-winning agency and shape the next creative revolution from the inside. We’re looking for a brilliant creative mind to be the first hire in our new, AI-powered team. You won't just be using the tools – you'll be defining how they're used, setting new standards for a new era of advertising.
Key Responsibilities
You will be our master storyteller, taking insights from our strategists and collaborating with the creative team to transform ideas into reality. Using generative AI, you’d be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content that is platform-native and performance-driven. Working closely with our creative production team to stop thumbs and drive engagement.
* Conceptualise:
o Develop campaign ideas and powerful narratives for pitch work and live briefs.
* Pioneer:
o You’ll get to play, experiment and build from scratch. Having direct access to AI platforms from global tech partners like Google and OpenAI to explore.
* Define:
o Define the tools that are best suited to specific creative jobs. ie Which is best for image creation, which is best for VOs, which is best for image to motion etc.
o Guide and communicate the implementation of these AI tools to the wider team to drive innovation, efficiency and creative excellence throughout the business.
* Articulate
o Craft compelling ad copy lines.
o Think about how storyboards would come to life, with some art direction, translating your creative vision into actionable prompts for AI image and video tools.
* Collaboration:
o Work hand-in-glove with our Creative Director and Creative strategists to ensure concepts are strategically sound and visually stunning.
o Help to ensure the storytelling runs through pitch documents.
* Process and innovation:
o The ability to work efficiently to enable quick turnaround times on delivery, when required.
o Stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
o Lead the workflow across creative teams, ensuring smooth coordination of tasks and deadlines using project management tools.
* Platform Optimisation and Compliance:
o Be aware of platform-specific best practices, optimising content for maximum impact across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Your KPIs/Outputs
* Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance creative production and optimise campaign performance.
* Generate short-form video ads each meeting all briefed deadlines.
* Leverage AI video-generation tools efficiently to produce high-quality short-form ad content.
* Spearhead our AI creative output, guiding the implementation of AI tools across all our visual production to drive innovation, efficiency and creative excellence.
* Produce fully annotated storyboards that secure sign-off from the Creative Lead and client.
* Publish a monthly insight summary detailing how creative and prompt tweaks have improved performance, and embed those learnings into the next sprint.
* Regularly add reusable prompts and best-practice notes to the shared knowledge library.
Key Skills And Experience
* Storytelling:
o A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and storytelling, who can use feedback from the data team to improve and refine content.
o Finding the red thread and articulating an idea into a coherent campaign.
* AI Tools:
o Experience in using AI tools to not only enhance production workflows, but to revolutionise them.
* Leadership and Client Focus:
o Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects from concept to completion, while ensuring alignment with client objectives.
* 3-5+ Years of agency experience:
o Prior experience working in an agency environment is preferred, particularly within the digital marketing, advertising or creative space
o A strong portfolio showcasing campaign concepts.
o Awareness of platform-specific specifications for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Positive and Adaptable:
o A proactive approach with a positive attitude, adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of Motion Graphics:
o Experience with motion graphics is a plus, adding further versatility and creativity to the video content produced.
