Start date, ASAP There is a need to recruit a temporary Surveyor / Clerk of Works to oversee structural works that are being carried out The Role : There are 73 flats across six blocks of an estate. Planned maintenance works starts now. This is range of structural and external planned maintenance work with a contract value of around £1.2m. The Council has engaged consultants to act as the contract administrator, designer and cost consultant. The Council surveyor will be the day-to- day contact for this project, liaise with internal stakeholders, oversee quality of work, review contract variation requests, and deal with site issues as they arise. There is an active group of leaseholders on this estate and the surveyor will help manage leaseholder queries and resident communications. Interested, apply immediately and I'd be happy to talk.
