Who we are looking for
A Management Information Systems Coordinator who will triage work items, maintain work tickets and act as a centralised contact point for the department.
The Management Information Systems (MIS) department is responsible for supplying reports and data extracts to many areas of the Business, including the operational teams, Accounts, Compliance and Software Development.
You will be an initial point of contact for incoming work requests and reporting queries. You will responsible for triaging the work, assigning it to the relevant MIS team and liaising with internal departments to provide updates on progress, whilst providing management with metrics on MIS performance.
You will be joining a team that is hard working, talented, enthusiastic and helps support one another to develop, whilst delivering a crucial service for the Business.
The daily workload is challenging and fast paced. Work requests and communications need handling in timely manner, ensuring any urgent requests are prioritised and assigned accordingly.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Preferred skills and experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Proven organisational skills.
* Ability to multi-task, context switch and work effectively under pressure.
* Enthusiastic with a customer focused attitude.
* Previous experience in a customer service or administration role.
* Experience using Jira would be beneficial.
* Understanding of the gambling industry and/or business reporting is desirable.
Main Responsibilities
* Monitoring the MIS mailbox and raising work items in JIRA where appropriate.
* Understanding and identifying priority and urgency of work items.
* Tracking work items against SLA’s.
* Communicating with the wider Business on the progress of their requests.
* Highlighting recurring work items which could be automated.
* Ensuring management are informed of current and incoming workload.
