We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a genuine interest in helping others to solve their problems. Whilst you will be part of a larger B2C team you will be supporting on a key account. This position is not in a call centre.

* Substantial Customer Service experience and a strong customer focus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* The ability to remain calm under pressure, to think quickly and independently
* The ability to follow predefined processes and structure questions
* A genuine motivation to want to problem solve to help other people
* Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and confidence with technology
* Standard right to work checks are required
* Experience of phone systems and CRM systems would be an advantage
