We’re excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to become part of our dedicated team at Coastal Lodge – a 36-bed unit providing short-term rehabilitation and reablement support to help individuals regain independence and return home.
What you’ll do
* Delivering high-quality therapy services to clients transitioning from hospital care.
* Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including Social Workers, to review therapy pathways, set goals, and plan discharges.
* Supporting care staff at Coastal Lodge to deliver personalised care aligned with each client’s therapy objectives.
* Offering expert advice across Tricuro’s services, including complex moving and handling, equipment recommendations, minor adaptations, and targeted interventions.
* Assessing and managing risks in partnership with clients, their families/carers, and other professionals involved in their care.
What you need
* Registered with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist.
* Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy (Diploma or Degree).
* Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and team-working skills.
* Valid UK driving licence and use of own vehicle.
Part-time – 30 hours per week
