Real Estate Finance Lawyer with 2+ years PQE required to join our Manchester office. The department is highly ranked in the Legal 500 and manages large commercial portfolios.
Role
Work with the Commercial Property and Banking & Finance departments on real estate finance matters, supporting banks, lenders, and borrowers. Handle caseloads of property investment, development finance, securitisation, project finance, and facility agreements.
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of high‑quality real estate finance transactions.
* Provide full‑service support to banks, lenders, and borrowers.
* Collaborate with the Commercial Property and Banking & Finance teams.
Qualifications
* 2+ years PQE as a Real Estate Finance lawyer.
* Experience in investments and handling a caseload.
* Strong technical and commercial skills.
